Why should I study Volleyball?
This subject is all about volleyball – developing techniques, skills, strategies and teamwork. You will also learn how to coach and referee!
Practical lessons will involve small-group activities and competitive games.
You will complete written or multi-modal assessment tasks to show what you have learnt. Your ability to present a basic coaching session and referee a volleyball game will also be assessed.

This subject provides skills and knowledge that lead to Stage 2 Physical Education.

I like playing volleyball as it is one of my hobbies. I gained new skills and had an opportunity to enhance my skills, improve my confidence and grow as a person. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know how to play, because once you start trying you will improve!
