This work-entry program will teach you the basic skills and knowledge to work safely in any field of electrotechnology and is aimed at preparing students for apprenticeships.
The course is a mix of classroom-based study and workshops to practice hands on skills related to electrotechnology. Students will explore and use equipment, plant and technologies in an energy sector environment. They will fabricate, assemble, dismantle and repair electronic systems. Solving problems in single path circuits and selecting the appropriate components and materials for each job will be required for students to successfully complete this certificate.
